Hi.
So I made it back in one piece from the land of 20 hours of sunshine and really polite people. How polite? So polite you’ll think everyone dislikes you until you get used to it.
some highlights:

the Copenhagen city library. Kierkegaard helped wear the grooves in the stairs. Open to the public. Silent. Awesome.

They call shaving cream barberskum! har har har. Did i mantion that i’m from america or did you notice that i was taking photos of the shaving cream?

giant wild roses the size of your head grow everywhere.

the carlsburg beer botanical gardens.

The night before i left, i ran into an actual, honest-to-god danish youth street protest. I think they were protesting the closing of the local youthhouse (think boys and girls club with graffitti and anarchism). They essentially shout down an entire street for 24 hours and partied to a giant stereo-van. Cops watched from a far and never intervened. yes.

The danes are chow-hounds who eat seriously. I more than once saw tiny, gorgeous women exponentially out-eat me by pounds. Two of the many awesome meals i was treated to.

Yesterday, i was able to share a stage with one of my all-time favorite bands, I Am the Ocean. they’re also some of by bestest friends in the whole world. Beforehand, jeremy let me toss some sickness on his calf.

who else is down with mr toad? that’s right.
I finally got my broship, thanks to four fifths of IATO. gnarly.

thanks, amigos.

some new tattoos:

finished molly’s lotuses. fun.

thanks. ish
